All items purchased at FELIZ cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions will be allowed for defective items only.
Returns and Exchanges
We only accept returns/exchanges for defective items. If you believe that you receive a defective item, please contact FELIZ Customer Service at email@example.com within 7 days from when your purchase is received, to alert us of the defect and request for return/exchange.
If FELIZ determines, in its sole discretion, that the item is defective, you will be eligible to return/exchange it. You will need to follow the instruction of FELIZ Customer Service and send back your item with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the purchase.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. Approved refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the order. The time of processing may vary, and this time generally takes up to 45 working days. Refund is made on the same currency of the original order. Possible difference in the refunded amount may depend on variations of the currency exchange rate and will not be refunded.
To return your item, you should contact FELIZ Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FELIZ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, FELIZ will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
